HAIR DROP OFF

ALL WIGS AND BUNDLES MUST BE DROPPED OFF 3-4 days before your appointment to start customizing, same day customizing is additional $60.00  that will be applied to your service,  customizing your wig is very important and takes time, 

I have a drop box located on my salon door for u to drop off, IM LOCATED @ 521 south 3rd please write your name, phone number and appointment time on your package,  

   Example; if you have appointment is on Tuesday your wig MUST be dropped off friday/Saturday, if not the $60.00 fee will be applied to services, 

 

I do understand things happen, please respect my timing,

1. A $40.00 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your spot
2. The remaining balance will be CASH APP or CASH ONLY, I do not accept credit or debit cards.
3. If you cancel less than 24hrs a new deposit is required to book another appointment.
4. NO children or multiple guest  are allowed in salon unless they are being serviced
5. NO CALL NO SHOW is not tolerated, remaining balance of the service will be charged to your card. If you do not want your card to be charged please contact me 24hrs in advance of your service 502 963-6746
6. I take my last client at 5:30. If you need to book past 5:30 it’s additional $50.00 added to your service.
7. If you would like to book me on my off day it will be additional $100 added to your service
8. If your 20min late there will be $25 late fee
9. There is a fee if you book less than 24hrs before your appointment and if I have to prep the hair on appointment day there will be fee of $50
10. I will take pictures and videos for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready!
